All orders for Biotrol products must be placed through an authorized Biotrol dealer and processed by Biotrol. The following information is helpful when placing your order:
Returns Dealers wishing to return merchandise to Biotrol must obtain prior return authorization. Authorization for returned goods may be easily obtained by calling Biotrol at 1-800-822-8550. A 15% restocking charge is applied on returned goods. All Biotrol products carry a 30-Day Doctor Satisfaction Guarantee, and must be returned to the dealer. Credit will not be issued to product that is not returned within the 30 day period. Expired Biotrol product is not eligible for return.
Warranty We hereby warrant all Biotrol products for one year from date of purchase subject to the following conditions:Biotrol products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service, including all component parts. This warranty shall not apply to defects resulting from accidents, alterations or misuse. If modifications have affected the operation of the product to render it faulty, this warranty shall be void. This warranty shall also be void if any part not of Biotrol’s manufacture or supply has been incorporated in the product. Biotrol does not accept the return of expired product for credit or refund.
