PerfectCare5000™ is formulated for use as a self-applied daily toothpaste for high-risk dental caries patients with recurrent decay. This 1.1% sodium fluoride 5000ppm dentifrice, with its neutral pH, is excellent for patients intolerant of acidic fluoride formulas, has an acceptable taste, and is safe on cosmetic restorations. It is packaged in 1.8-oz tubes; 12 tubes per case; sold by cases only.
